I am seeing more buyers use AI when looking at property. It can be useful for research, explaining unfamiliar terms and helping you prepare questions. The problem comes when buyers let it decide what a home is worth. AI Does Not See the Full Picture I have seen buyers miss out over $5,000 or $10,000 because AI suggested they should not go above a certain figure. But a property is more than its CV, floor area and section size. AI may not properly account for a renovated kitchen, better finishes, outdoor improvements or how the home compares with recent sales nearby.

It also does not know the vendor’s situation. Why are they selling? How much competition is there? Is it an auction or a priced campaign? Those details can change the negotiation.
